The following persons are prohibited from registering or using the Service:
jet234 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise stated in promotional terms. There is no maximum deposit limit, but individual transactions may be subject to limits imposed by your payment provider.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and your bank's processing schedule. jet234 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment source in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are lawfully obtained and do not originate from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud. jet234 reserves the right to request documentation proving the source of your funds at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
jet234 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or processing charges. You are solely responsible for any fees charged by third parties.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to completion of the KYC verification process and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with our support team. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
First-time withdrawals require identity verification. You must provide a clear photograph of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP) showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph. This process typically takes 1-2 hours during business hours (Western Indonesia Time, WIB). Subsequent withdrawals are processed automatically without additional verification, provided your account information has not changed.
Approved withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours (09:00-17:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside business hours are processed the following business morning. Withdrawals to other banks and e-wallets may take up to 24 hours. jet234 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
jet234 reserves the right to decline or delay any withdrawal request if we suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms and Conditions. We may request additional documentation or information before processing a withdrawal. You agree that all withdrawal decisions made by jet234 in good faith are final and binding.
jet234 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and tournament prizes. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements, or using automated betting systems to clear bonus rollover, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as rollover or playthrough requirements) before any bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount or the combined deposit plus bonus amount (e.g., "20x bonus" or "30x deposit + bonus"). Only real-money bets contribute toward wagering requirements; bets placed using bonus funds do not count.
